The Advisory Service for Executive Branch, SNPA, and PAC Relations (APAC-EX) is linked to the Presidency of Embrapa. APAC-EX has the following tasks:

• Coordinate with the Executive Directorate in the planning and management of projects and resources linked to PAC-Embrapa, as well as assist Embrapa in the relationship with the Executive Branch and SNPA.
• Define with the Executive Directorate the articulation of partnerships and strategic institutional actions to enhance the execution of the projects foreseen in the PAC-Embrapa.
• Monitor and evaluate the achievement of PAC-Embrapa goals, the application of resources allocated to the program, and the results achieved, in addition, propose appropriate adjustments when necessary, seeking organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Advise the Executive Directorate on public policy discussions, to improve the regulatory environment and implement corporate relation strategies with the Executive Branch.
• Guide and support managers of Central and Decentralized Units in the relationship with the Executive Branch and SNPA.
• Advise on the development of the corporate strategy for Embrapa's institutional relationship process with the Executive Branch and SNPA.
• Guide and coordinate institutional relationship actions with the Executive Branch and SNPA, regarding Embrapa's continuous contributions to Public Policies and Regulatory Frameworks, stakeholder management, strengthening the budget and institutional image.
