Embrapa's Ombudsman's Office assists two kinds of clients:

  • External client - any individual, group, or public or private institution that may require products or services offered by Embrapa or partners.
  • Internal client - Embrapa's employees.

As per the terms of the Law of Access to Information, Law 12,527/2011, the Citizens Information Service (SIC) offers assistance to any person –either individuals or corporations.
