He holds a Master's degree in Agronomy, specializing in Plant Breeding, from the University of Brasília-UnB (2023). He has a Latu Sensu postgraduate degree in Management and Technology in Seed Production from Unyleya College (2019). He has a degree in Agronomy from the Federal University of Goiás (2010). He works as an analyst at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa) in the areas of seed production and certification, acting as Technical Manager for the forage and winter cereal seed production fields; Production quality management in the field, processing, storage, marketing and after-sales seed stages; Management and monitoring of cultivar licensing contracts; Participation in conducting VCU and DHE trials for lineages/cultivars in the pre-launch stages; Participation in the preparation of marketing documents (Cultivar Positioning Plans, Public Offer Notices, Seed Offer Notices), among other activities.
